Creative title!!

You know, Giorno could turn his tooth into a jellyfish since it apparently doesn't count as organic. So shouldn't he be able to do that with his hair as well? It's out of dead cells after all, haha.
I didn't plan to go full color on this one but I'm glad I did~ Still messy tho but I kinda like it!
